High Temperature PCB
For the most commonly used types of FR-4, the glass transition temperature (Tg) is in the range 115-130°C. For the high temperature requirements of electronic products, high Tg materials will be used in the PCB.
Advantages
a) Heat resistance, moisture resistance, chemical resistance and stability resistance are improved and enhanced.
b) The higher Tg value, the better temperature resistance, especially in the lead free process.
