Through constant repetition, the misrepresentation will become a fact in the public mind.

The following statement adopted by the Frankfort Group from the 1943 Moscow Central Committee procedures, reflects well both the unethical techniques and gross character flaw of the Frankfort Group and its minions: "Members and front organizations must continually embarrass, discredit and degrade our critics. When non-Communists become too irritating, label them as fascist, or Nazi or anti-Semite. Through constant repetition, the misrepresentation will become a fact in the public mind".
